Time & Cost
We offer user experience support on a retained basis. This is tailored to each client’s in-house resources and business requirements, and can be used to:
- Work on-site alongside your team. This is the most expensive option but it offers a substantial benefit, we’ll train your staff “on-the-job”
- Do the same work for you remotely. This is cheaper but it’s much harder to ensure knowledge is transferred effectively
- Do something in between.
Retainers start from £2,500 (exc. VAT) per month and the minimum term is 3-months.
